January 2021 Covid-19 – Customer Update – Business as Usual

During the current situation we are all highly aware of the questions being posed to businesses up and down the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland.

We would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers, that whilst we will continue to follow the Government guidelines and NHS advice for Covid-19, it remains, so far as is possible around these constraints – business as usual for Red Arrow Electrical Distribution.

Our UK operation has taken additional measures to ensure our stock levels are being replenished at a higher rate than usual from our new factory and facilities to mitigate so far as is possible any panic buying situations that may develop in our market sector. We currently have extremely good levels of stock and would encourage you to let us help you insulate yourselves from any stock problems that may arise during the restrictive period, for however long that may become.

Our logistics partners are working with us to ensure the safest possible handling of products and handover of goods to our customers. All goods are despatched from our New UK Office and Logistics facility where our Light Studio and testing facilities are also based and where we will be delighted to invite visitors to when the all clear is signalled from the Government.

The team at Red Arrow will continue to monitor closely the impact of the restrictions via the Government website and we will make regular updates of any changes to our activities via our Website (Red Arrow Trading) and our proactive social media platforms on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. We will also continue to support the information flow by e mail and our Sales Office and Sales team can be contacted through the usual routes.
